Employee Engagement and Education

You have a team that wants to contribute to addressing climate change but need some skills, knowledge and confidence in creating an eco-positive footprint. Our hands-on, creative sustainable living workshops for teams are a simple way to start.

We have created an experience called With These Two Hands. We run these sessions at our demonstrative urban permaculture site, Goodman Community Farm. This experience is designed to help your team think about and act on issues such as food miles and waste, growing their own food and picking up upcycling and gardening skills.

With These Two Hands are experiences that create learning opportunities that will go on to create sustainable living habits together. With These Two Hands sessions will enable your team to walk away informed and inspired to:

  • Grow food in small urban spaces
  • Discover native edibles and herbs that are easy to grow
  • Work with soil
  • Start composting within the urban context
  • Restore and build soils
  • Indulge in simple gardening experiences
  • Upcycle
  • Start fermenting

Educate Not Market

You may have clients, customers or stakeholders you wish to cultivate into an eco-community. A community that you’d like to inspire to embrace eco-habits. A group that will make a difference to the environment, influence others and improve their own wellness.

We can help you educate and nurture a community in a guided, informed and transformative way through our regenerative urban farming activities, composting and gardening workshops, fermentation sessions, planting kits, biodiversity as well as nature and art related learning experiences. We listen to your needs and present experiences and programmes that will move your community to act in an inspired way.
